Children Guide

For children there is a Children Guide available at each exhibition. The Guide consists of assignments, stories and drawings. So: ask for the free Children Guide at the desk!

New in the museum is Spot, the museum dog.

He helps the children or students to discover the museum.

The Season Ticket for Children

Do you love to go to the museum with your child or grandchild? Centrum Kunstlicht in de Kunst introduces the season ticket for children. The season ticket is a profitable way to visit more exhibitions a year with your child. You only pay an entrance fee for your son, daughter or grandchild once. The season ticket for children will cost 3 Euros per school year. You will receive a pass (your season ticket) which you have to show at the cash desk when visiting the museum. The season ticket for children is, of course, also suitable as a nice gift to your (grand)child! 

Nothing to do on Saturday or during the vacation? Visit one of the workshops!

On Saturday and in the Summer there are special workshops for children aged 6 until 12 years old. In the museum the children – under guidance – will start making a shadow play. Apart from the fact that a shadow play is very nice, we will also explore it. How is shadow done? What happens when using other materials? In short, apart from nice the workshop is instructive as well. At the end of the workshop everybody can take his or her own shadow play home! 

The workshops are July 31, August 14 and 28, September 11 and 25, October 9 and 23, November 6 and 20, December 10.

It is possible to make a reservation for an other day. Nice idee for a kidsparty!. Minimum 10 persons.
